I was buying the car from a distance (I live on the south coast) having seen it advertised online. Beckie was really helpful from the first phone call I made, she created a personalised video tour of the car for me and answered all my questions quickly and well. There was a blip when I collected the car because the navigation system hadn't been updated meaning it didn't fully function. Beckie liaised with her colleagues to try to sort this out immediately, but as the system update can take a long time I agreed to do this once I was home. Beckie checked in with me to make sure this had all worked and also sorted out a service plan for me. I am enjoying my new car and would recommend Vantage Kia Scarborough.
